Dene Koe Workforce Lodging & Services 

True Northern Leadership Meets Quality Lodging

Dene Koe is a new, high-quality workforce lodging and services provider in Northern Alberta, co-owned by Fort McKay First Nation and
Noralta Lodge. With these foundations in two successful Alberta companies that are highly aligned with oil sands clients’ needs, Dene Koe is uniquely positioned to offer the following services to companies operating in Northern Alberta:

  • Open lodging at our Fort McMurray Village
  • Facilities management
  • Guest transportation, and other related workforce services

Dene Koe is 51% owned by Fort McKay First Nation, and 49% owned by Noralta Lodge. 

Willow Lake Facilities Management

Offering both partial and full-service lodging options to fit the needs of our clients, Willow Lake—owned by Noralta Lodge (49%) and Christina River Enterprises, the business arm of Fort McMurray First Nation #468  (51%)—provides workforce accommodations including open lodging, facilities management, and turnkey lodging solutions in the Athabasca oil sands. Willow Lake Facilities Management offers clients superior lodging options by bringing the results-driven service and hospitality of our premium lodges directly into our clients’ facilities.
