Noralta Lodge is a privately owned company that delivers high-end accommodations to companies across Northern Alberta. We have a proven track record for providing excellent service, high-quality food, and clean, comfortable rooms in our nine lodges.
Our team members work on a 20/10 shift rotation or as assigned. Transportation via private flights is provided from Edmonton and Calgary to the lodges, so preference may be given to applicants from Alberta. Food and lodging are provided during shift rotation.

Working with our Corporate Wellness and Recreation Specialist, team members design personalized health plans and get the tools and resources to achieve their health goals.
You’ll find a variety of interesting fitness classes to help keep your workout fresh and exciting. Designed by our Corporate Wellness and Recreation Specialist, our fitness classes focus on improving health and preventing injury. Options include stretch therapy, yoga, full-body strength classes, and cardio programs. We also offer meditation classes to help you manage stress and maintain balance.
Our Corporate Wellness and Recreation Specialist implements holistic programs to help our team members stay fit and healthy as well as prevent and recover from injuries. A nutrition coach, yoga instructor, personal fitness instructor, corrective exercise specialist, and holistic health practitioner, she also implements fitness programs for guests and manages all of Noralta Lodge’s fitness facilities. In addition, she works closely with our corporate executive chef to develop “Health-Choice” menu items. She happily consults with our team members to help them improve their health.
